Hi! I'm Cathye Dowda Cota

A Georgia native currently living in Paulding County, approximately 40 miles west of Atlanta. Throughout my life I have lived in Clayton, Henry, Carroll, and Douglas Counties. Prior to Real Estate I was a National Sales manager for an HVAC Ductwork Manufacturer for 20+ years. I chose KW for many things but the 2 most important were Culture and Training. Since jumping in headfirst and not looking back, I am proud to say I have been a Top Producer year over year. I was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2021. I am 3 times BOLD and currently sit on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) in 2023 and 2024. My strengths are communication, negotiating and knowledge of an ever-changing market. I truly pride myself on top notch communication because I can’t stand to be left wondering…. I was taught to treat people how you want to be treated and I do just that.
